Send a self addressed, stamped envelope and a request letter to the following address:
Ockanickon Scout Reservation 5787 State Park Road Pipersville, PA 18947 Attn: MB Card Replacement
The letter should contain the following information:
- Name of Scout
- Troop Number
- Council Name
- Year Scout took Merit Badge
- Week # Scout took Merit Badge
- Phone Number and/or email address should we need to contact you
In addition to the letter, please also send in a Merit Badge card that is signed by your scoutmaster. It also has to be dated with the month/day/year that the scout attended camp at OSR.
