Obtaining Lost/Misplaced Merit Badge Cards

Send a self addressed,  stamped envelopefilled out merit badge card(s), and a request letter to the following address:

Bucks County Council BSA
One Scout Way 
Doylestown, PA 18901
 

 

The letter should contain the following information:

  • Name of Scout
  • Troop Number
  • Council Name
  • Merit Badge name
  • Year Scout took Merit Badge
  • Week # Scout took Merit Badge (or dates of the week)
  • Phone Number and/or email address should we need to contact you
In addition to the letter send in a Merit Badge card with the following per badge you need a card for:
  • signed by your scoutmaster
  • your name (in all applicable spots on the card)
  • name of the merit badge (in all applicable spots on the card)
  • dated with the month/day/year that you attended camp at OSR
Please do not send blank merit badge cards.

 

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. If there is an issue with the merit badge card, we will contact you.
