Our Eagle Department has totally revamped their approach to MOST of the Eagle Badges we offer. We took the boring lectures that everyone dreaded sitting through, and turned the Eagle Lodge into a research facility using computers with internet to look up requirements, while Counselors are available to review any requirements the scouts complete and want to get signed off.
Scouts will need to sign up for blocks of times to use the computers, and sign up for appointments with counselors when their work is ready for discussion.
This means that SCOUTS NEED TO BE PRO-ACTIVE!!
NOTE: Computer use will be monitored and are only to be used for research only. Anyone using the computers for anything other than merit badge research will forfeit their scheduled computer time for the rest of the day.
