Our Rifle and Shotgun Merit Badges are changing the way they review the non-shooting requirements. This will no longer take place during Monday and Wednesday nights, but instead will be covered during sessions during the day. Please see times at the Rifle and Shotgun Merit Badge pages below.We are no longer giving preference to Merit Badge Shooters at the Rifle Range on Fridays, in order to give scouts an extra option to choose from if they find themselves needing something to do.

| Free Shoot:The Rifle Range is open for free shoot Monday thru Friday:9:15 am to 11:45 am4:00 pm to 4:45 pm | Mr. A has easily been coming to Ockanickon longer than any other staff member. He’s been camping here since he was 11 years old. He’s worked here for the last 7 years, one of which was running the Trading Post, while he has spent the last 6 years directing our Shooting Sports department. |
